Individual Orders or Sponsorship?
Two levels of Fundraising
Level One Fundraising
Level One works well for communities that want to promote character, but prefer to offer the booklets individually versus collectively through sponsorships.
Think of it like a Girl Scout cookie Campaign. At Level One, the booklets are advertised and offered to the business community, through the Chamber of Commerce or Character Council for a specific period of time.
Businesses purchase through an order form, in quantities as low as 100 booklets. After the deadline, the community submits the total order to ICARE Products. Because the TOTAL ORDER is a quantity over 3000, the community can order at wholesale prices plus any additional quantity discounts. Communities can raise anywhere from $1500 to $20,000 and beyond, depending upon the total quantity ordered.
Businesses that purchase booklets can conveniently order a small quantity of 100 booklets (or more) to distribute to employees, mail to customers or donate to non profit or educational institutions. The booklet serves as an inexpensive promotional piece when the company places a clear or foil label on the front representing their business.
Level Two Fundraising
Communities that promote a large event with 5000 or more attendees, or communities that can easily secure large sponsors may want to consider Level Two.
Level Two works well if your chamber or Character Council can attract business sponsors to collaboratively sponsor a high quantity of booklets to be distributed into the community.
Although Level Two takes strategy and planning, the collaborative effort creates a buzz in the community. Sponsors gladly participate when they have a quality piece that displays their logo for the entire year, or even years to come.
